iii)                B. A. Honours in Economics (3-year program) from Dhaka University (1965) with 2^nd class, 11^th position (there being no 1^st class in that batch)

iv)                I. A. from Dhaka University (1962) with 1^st division, placed 21^st in the merit list. Obtained Talent scheme scholarship for 3 years. 

v)                 Matriculation from East Pakistan Secondary Education Board (EPSEB) with 2^nd division

4. Served as Professor of Economics in the Education Service of Bangladesh from 3.4.1992 to 27.4.2000 placed as Head of the Department of Economics at University colleges like M.C. College, Sylhet and Azizul Haq College, Bogra.
5. Went to Japan with Mombushu Scholarship on 11.03.1980 and studied at Hiroshima University to obtain M.A. in Economics in March 1981.
6. Served as Lecturer in Economics at Victoria College of Comilla from 27.04.1970 to 3.31.1978 having been directly selected by Public Service Commission as a Lecturer in the Government Education Service.

This mission imbues me to love people and particularly as a teacher to love my students. I hate all forms of terrorism. I respect other people’s views and as a Muslim I automatically uphold all democratic values. I wish to see a welfare state with democratic government established in Bangladesh.
